Laminated lunch bags

I just bought some laminated cotton online. The colours are gorgeous and the fabric is buttery soft. It’s also waterproof, so it would likely be great for aprons, craft table covers, placemats, tablecloths…. I plan on sewing some items for my friend’s toddler and my nieces and nephews. I realize there are discussions about whether this fabric is safe for food, but I will line mine with baggies, just to be on the safe side. Jocelyn’s are BPA free, PVC free and can be found here: http://www.laminated.etsy.com
The cloth may stick as you sew it, so a bit of masking tape can help it slide better.
There are many patterns online, but I chose Martha Stewart’s easy sew pattern:http://www.marthastewart.com/271881/oilcloth-crafts-lunch-bags?autonomy_kw=sewing%20pattern&rsc=header_89
