Value Village find is found. I tried to make an old knitting machine work but it was so beyond my capability that I sent it, unproven, to yet another secondhand store. Good luck to the next purchaser…I hope you understand it a bit better than I.
So, I was leary of picking up another kit, but this one was a 1960’s child’s version put out by Kenner. What could be easier than that?
And to my relief and profound glee, it works. Mikey, it works. Whoo hoo!
I am still plodding away at my first few hand knit projects, but most of my projects have been relegated to the “one more wash cloth” basket!
